Havre Police Department

A Wednesday 2:15 p.m. caller at a First Street business reported a hit and run crash and reported the suspect's vehicle is a silver TransAm.

A stolen air conditioner unit was reported Wednesday at 2:28 p.m. on 12th Avenue.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Wednesday at 2:37 p.m. that business deposits were missing and an employee had not shown up for work.

Robert Joseph Sunchild of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on a theft charge related to a disturbance reported on Third Street at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday.

A prank call was made about a Fourth Street location at 12:10 a.m. Thursday.

Three arrests were made after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported three people stealing gas from vehicles Thursday at 3:04 a.m. No details on charges were listed in the dispatch log, but Joshua Lamere, Ashley Saunders and Angela Gonyea, who were all named as involved parties were listed in the jail roster as being held on charges of obstructing a peace officer and theft.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Charles Randy Walker of Harlem, 71, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at 7:18 a.m. Wednesday at Hill County Detention Center.

An arrest was made on a warrant at the detention center Wednesday at 3:47 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Wednesday and firefighters responded to a gas report on the 800 Block of Sixth Street at 3:03 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Thursday morning held three 4-week-old kittens, five 8-week-old kittens, three 6-week-old kittens and three 2-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female 13-week-old kitten, five female cats, four male cats, a male 6-month-old kitten and a female 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Labrador retriever, two male mixed breed dogs, a female 9-month-old border collie puppy, three male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Also, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
