Agenda - Havre Council Safety Committee

Havre City Council’s Safety Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, at 1:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center in the basement of City Hall.

The meeting agenda is:

Call to order

Attendance: Please sign-in on attendance sheet.

2022’s Safety Committee Members from the council: Josh Miller (Chair), Denise Brewer

1. Training updates: Each department lead, or designee, that is present will provide a brief update on safety related training that has been completed since the last safety meeting. Safety training that is ongoing, or planned soon, will also be discussed.

2. Injury reports: Injury reports will be discussed by department leadership, or designee, where an injury has occurred since the last meeting. The supervisor, or designee, will provide information regarding what happened, type of injury, how to prevent similar injuries, etc. All personal information about the injured individual(s) shall remain confidential and not revealed to the committee per policy.

3. Safety concerns: Any individual may bring up specific safety concerns for discussion during this portion of the meeting. Concerns may be addressed by the safety committee at this time to recommend a viable solution in an expeditious manner.

4. Questions/comments: The committee will take any other questions, and/or comments, regarding safety.
