Havre Police Department

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest reported Monday at 8:46 a.m. that a Silver Chevrolet Tahoe backed into another vehicle and took off.

Sheron Faye Saddler of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property and on five Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a female shoplifter Monday at 12:37 p.m.

A Fourth Street caller reported at 3:07 p.m. Monday that a client had been scammed.

Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a charge of obstructing peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants served at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue Monday at 4:28 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Rocky Boy Police Department reported a burglary in progress on Main Street West in Box Elder Tuesday at 12:35 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday and two early Tuesday morning

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 13-week-old kittens, three 8-week-old kittens, four 10-week-old kittens, two 11-week-old kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, two female cats and two male cats. Another four 8-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a female 8-month-old border collie puppy, four male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a female mixed-breed dog. And a male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
