Havre Police Department

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of vandalism after a caller at a Second Street organization reported an incident Tuesday at 9:33 a.m.

A caller at a Washington Avenue church reported Tuesday at 9 p.m. that kids playing hockey had damaged a fence.

Desmond Thomas Ferguson of Havre, 28, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on First Street West Wednesday at 12:44 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the reporting period of 6 a.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 12-week-old kittens, three 7-week-old kittens, four 9-week-old kittens, three 10-week-old kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, two female cats and three male cats. Another four 8-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a female 8-month-old border collie puppy, four male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a female mixed-breed dog. And a male 5-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
