Eron Parker Snow of Harlem, 23, was arrested on charges of unlawful transactions with children, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and assault after being transported from the hospital to Hill County Detention Center at 7:55 a.m. Thursday.

A caller on Heritage Drive reported finding a set of keys in the yard Thursday at 8:07 a.m.

A caller reported rear-ending a vehicle on Fifth Avenue Thursday at 1:51 p.m.

Robert Matthew Mitchell of Havre, 47, was arrested on a federal warrant served on Smithville Road Thursday at 2:07 p.m.

A Ninth Street caller reported Thursday at 3:48 p.m. not receiving an item that has already been paid for.

A 15-year-old was arrested on charges of trespass to vehicles, minor in possession and two counts of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and a 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of trespass to vehicles and theft of belongings from vehicles after a Third Street caller reported catching a girl digging around in his vehicle at 7:11 p.m. Thursday. The 15-year-old was transported to the juvenile detention center in Cascade County.

A caller on Ninth Street West reported Friday at 6:08 a.m. that a deer with a broken leg was stuck in a fence.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on First Street West Friday at 11:24 a.m.

Officers recovered a stolen vehicle reported on Second Street at 11:43 a.m. Friday.

A caller on First Street reported Friday at 1:53 p.m. another driver rearended the caller's vehicle.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers initiated investigation of suspicious activity in the alley between Second and Third streets Friday at 9:01 p.m.

A 15-year-old Havre boy and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and Jamie Sue Henderson of Havre, 37, and Julia Larita-Jo Snow of Havre, 35, were each issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller on 10th Street reported Saturday at 2:51 p.m. seeing two males getting into vehicles.

A Sixth Street caller reported Saturday at 5:53 a.m. that a neighbor's garage door in the alley had graffiti on it that wasn't there the day before and a second caller on Sixth Street reported at 7:22 a.m. that her garage and others in the alley were also spray painted.

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street Saturday at 1:31 p.m.

Aaryn Jace Cantrell of Havre, 23, was issued a summons, no charges filed yet, after a Havre caller reported a counterfeit $100 bill Saturday at 2:47 p.m.

Jay Perry Springer of Havre, 58, was issued a summons on a charge of nuisance dog after a caller on Boulevard Avenue reported barking dogs Saturday at 11:40 p.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 8:01 a.m. that a car speeding through the parking lot hit a tree. Three people were transported to the hospital, and no citations were listed in the dispatch log.

A Sixth Street caller reported spray paint on his garage Sunday at 5:35 p.m.

Officers were asked at 3:42 a.m. Monday to assist Hill County Sheriff's deputies in locating a person.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a vehicle was reported abandoned about one-eighth of a mile from the Canadian border at 10:32 a.m. Thursday. No details on charges were provided.

Two arrests were made after a transport was made from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 1:53 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

A request was made Thursday at 5:17 p.m. for animal control in Box Elder.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported at 7:32 p.m. Thursday on Sixth Street North.

Antonia Estrada Bivins of Chehalis, Washington, 35, was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving under the influence after deputies were called to assist someone on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 9:59 a.m.

Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 37, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a tip Friday at 10:41 a.m. from a 14th Street Northeast caller.

--

Deputies were asked Friday at 12:03 p.m. to assist officers with a stolen vehicle recovered on Second Street.

A caller on First Street Northwest in Box Elder reported theft from a vehicle Friday at 2:46 p.m.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on Road 365 North Friday at 3:52 p.m.

Bria Grace Tom of Minneapolis, Minnesota, 21, and Madeline Quinn Olson of Minneapolis, Minnesota, 20, were each issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at BNSF Railway reported trespassers Saturday at 7:11 p.m.

Deputies were asked Saturday at 8:34 p.m. to assist another agency at the detention center.

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder reported a complaint Saturday at 8:56 p.m.

--

A Sunday 5:24 a.m. report of a vehicle hitting a deer just West of Rudyard was referred to Montana Highway Patrol troopers.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 12:53 p.m.

Two arrests were made after a theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 3:49 p.m. No details on charges were listed in the dispatch log, but Wilson Joel Blackelk, one of the people named as an involved person, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of contempt of court.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls in the 24-hour reporting period from Thursday morning to Friday morning and firefighters responded to an 8:56 p.m. Thursday report of a gas leak on the 800 Block of Second Street but no gas was detected.

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and two calls early Monday morning.

Firefighters were called to the 100 Block of 34th Avenue Friday at 10:11 p.m. and found that a fire alarm pull station had been pulled but no fire was present and the alarm was reset.

A fire truck responded with two ambulances to a vehicle crash reported Sunday at 8:02 a.m. in a parking lot on the 1300 Block of First Street. Assistant Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said the five personnel treated and transported three people to Northern Montana Hospital.

Firefighters also responded to two fire alarms Monday morning. The first call was on the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West at 1:25 a.m. where they found a sensor in an alarm was missing and a battery needed to be replaced. The other call was at 6:34 a.m. to the 800 Block of Fourth Street where the alarm was reset after no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 12-week-old kittens, three 7-week-old kittens, four 9-week-old kittens, four 10-week-old kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, two female cats and four male cats. Another four 7-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held four male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a female mixed-breed dog. And a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
