T'Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 23, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after officers investigated a disturbance involving an ex at 6 a.m. Thursday.

A window was reported broken out of a garage Monday at 9:25 a.m.

Brandon Rollin Turner of Havre, 20, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on 14th Avenue reported Thursday at 11:15 a.m. that two sons were causing a disturbance.

Joshua Russell Ramos of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia while officers were checking on a man on First Street Thursday at 1:16 p.m.

A caller on Fourth Street reported Thursday at 2:35 p.m. that someone stole his phone.

--

A two-vehicle crash in which one party did not have insurance was reported on First Street at 2:59 p.m. Thursday.

A Third Street caller asked Thursday at 3:02 p.m. to speak with an officer about and altercation.

--

A Sixth Street caller reported Thursday at 4:41 p.m. that his house had been ransacked and a vehicle stolen.

An arrest was made after a Fourth Avenue West caller reported a man laying in the alley Thursday at 5:14 p.m. No details on the charges were listed in the dispatch log.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 7:44 p.m. and reported a protective order violation.

Jacob Allen Keller of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Thompson Street caller reported Thursday at 8:30 p.m. that an ex stole an item from a house.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 East business reported at 8:53 p.m. Thursday that children were throwing rocks at a business and breaking the windows.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 40, was arrested on vandalism charges after a Second Street caller reported a woman was breaking things on his porch at 1:23 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on County Road 860 Northwest requested animal control assistance Thursday at 12:14 p.m.

A 15th Street North caller reported Thursday at 1:56 p.m. that their son was being blackmailed online.

--

Deputies responded to a call on River Road North at 2:34 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 10-week-old kittens, three 5-week-old kittens, three 8-week-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten and two cats all of unknown gender, three female cats and four male cats. Another four 6-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, three male and one female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female mixed-breed dog. And being fostered are two 9-month-old dachshund puppies and a male mixed-breed dog.
