Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, five calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters responding to a fire alarm on the 200 Block of 10th Street at 3:32 p.m. found a malfunctioning, hot outlet and the circuit breaker not tripping. An electrician was called to look at the problem.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three 5-week-old kittens, four 8-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, five female cats and five male cats. Another four 5-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, three male and one female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female mixed-breed dog. And being fostered were two 9-month-old dachshund puppies and a male mixed-breed dog.
