A Friday 7:22 a.m. caller on Sixth Avenue reported a garage window had been broken out.

A caller asked officers Friday at 8:35 a.m. to perform a welfare check on someone on Fourth Avenue.

Randee Rae Duran of Havre, 33, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 10:02 a.m. on Ninth Avenue.

An officer on Grant Avenue was flagged down Friday at 11:24 a.m. to investigate a hit and run crash.

A window was reported broken out of house on Second Street Friday at 2:01 p.m.

Wesley Julius Brekhus of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and assault with a weapon after a complaint was reported on Ninth Avenue Friday at 4:32 p.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 6:17 p.m. complaint that a man broke into a house on Lincoln Avenue.

Kenneth Delbert Chamberlain of Havre, 58, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant served on Second Street Saturday at 12:24 a.m.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on 13th Street at 10:53 a.m. Saturday. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Teyah Rose Russette, who is named as an involved party, is listed in this morning’s jail roster as being held on charges of assault on a minor, endangering the welfare of children and three counts of partner or family member assault.

Wilma Howard of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer stopped Saturday at 12:57 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity in an alley off First Avenue.

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 20, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 1:12 p.m.

Two arrests were made after a Ninth Avenue caller reported trespassers Saturday at 1:26 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

A U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller reported Saturday at 3 p.m. that three people stole six items from the business.

Brandon Alfred Belgarde of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported that someone had taken off with the caller’s child Saturday at 8:56 p.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 40, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a Sunday 7:56 a.m. caller at a First Street business reported having caught a combative shoplifter.

A 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 9:28 a.m. finding a phone and ID behind their house.

Jourden Jensen St. Marks of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a violation of protective order charge after an 11th Street caller asked Sunday at 11:42 a.m. to speak with an officer about a temporary restraining order violation.

Skye Lynn St. Marks of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at the police station Sunday at 3:23 p.m.

A shoplifter was reported at a First Street business Sunday at 7:17 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business Friday at 1:53 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint reported in Beaver Creek Park at 1:36 p.m. Saturday.

——

A storage unit was reported broken into on Second Street West Saturday at 4:47 p.m.

——

A suspicious activity was reported near the rookery on River Road Sunday at 11:48 a.m.

——

A caller on Road 505 North reported suspicious activity at 12:14 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, five calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters responding to a fire alarm on the 200 Block of 10th Street at 3:32 p.m. found a malfunctioning, hot outlet and the circuit breaker not tripping. An electrician was called to look at the problem.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 5-week-old kittens, four 8-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, five female cats and five male cats. Another four 5-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, three male and one female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female mixed-breed dog. And being fostered were two 9-month-old dachshund puppies and a male mixed-breed dog.
