Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for April is Marissa Garcia.
Marissa is the daughter of Adam and Alma Garcia. She has one brother, Adam Garcia.
Marissa plays the French horn in the middle school band. Outside of school, she enjoys participating in softball. In her free time, Marissa loves writing stories, creating art and spending time with her cat.
At school, Marissa has a smile on her face and a positive attitude everywhere she goes. She has a great sense of humor and takes every day as a new opportunity to be amazing. Her personality lights up the middle school and makes it a wonderful place for everyone.
In the future, Marissa aspires to become a psychologist and work with children.
April's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at HMS is Bree Hanson.
Bree is the daughter of Garrett and Jena Hanson. She has one brother, Colin Hanson.
At school, Bree is active in Choir, basketball, volleyball, and golf. Outside of school, she also participates in softball and is on the traveling basketball team. In her spare time, Bree likes watching sports, bowling and spending time with friends and family.
In the classroom, Bree has strong leadership skills and an outstanding work ethic. She is always willing to give a helping hand and is courteous to others. These attributes make her a great role model for others to follow.
After high school, Bree plans to attend college and participate in a college level sport.
Royce Reum is HMS's Eighth-Grade Student of the Month of April.
Royce is the son of Travis and Darcy Reum. He has one sister, Hanna Reum.
At the middle school, Royce participates in choir. Outside of school, he is involved in welding and raising steers for 4-H. For fun Royce enjoys riding 4-wheelers or horses, moving cattle and trapping critters.
At school, Royce is always willing to help in ways that go beyond student expectations. He is very helpful and supportive of his classmates when they need assistance. Royce is such a joy to be around and sets high standards for other HMS students to follow.
In the future, Royce plans to attend college and focus on equine studies, agricultural business, and diesel mechanics.
