Hi-Line Athletes of the Week

Welcome back to the District 9C track meet Tatum Hull. After the CJI senior missed last year with an injury, she made the most out of her final 9C meet last week in Havre. Hull won the 100 meters, the 100 hurdles, the long jump, and the triple jump and finished second in the 200 meters in an incredible performance for the Hawks. Hull, who is also all-conference in volleyball and basketball, will compete in the Northern C later this week.

It was a big day for the Fort Benton Longhorns at last week's 9C track meet in Havre. And Devin Bird was a huge reason why the Horns repeated as 9C champions. Bird won the 200, 400 and 800 meter-races while also running both relays, including the 1,600-meter championship relay for the Longhorns. Bird, who was also a standout on the basketball court for Fort Benton, will compete at the Northern C this week in Great Falls.
