Daniel Pete Bailor of Havre, 22, and Dajette Courchane of Havre, 55, were each issued a summons on an assault charge after a caller on Bullhook Boulevard asked Friday at 8:57 a.m. to speak with an officer about an assault.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct after a caller asked for officers Friday at 1:46 p.m. to check on someone laying in the alley south of First Street.

A caller at a First Street West business reported a gas drive-off Friday at 2:31 p.m.

Caden Isiah Plante of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and violation of conditions of release after a Seventh Avenue caller asked Friday at 6:35 p.m. for assistance removing people from a residence.

A First Street caller reported a woman was walking down the middle of the street Saturday at 1:47 a.m.

Joseph Bruce Stewart of Havre, 59, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller reported Saturday at 10:38 a.m. that a 2-year-old keeps getting out of a house on 19th Street and going to the caller’s house.

A caller on Fifth Street reported Saturday at 11:44 a.m. that a passenger side mirror was broken on a car.

A First Street caller asked officers Saturday at 2:49 p.m. for assistance with a family member causing issues.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 5:44 p.m. that two women took property and left in a white Chevrolet Suburban.

One 13-year-old and three 12-year-old boys were each issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a caller reported four boys on the roof of the the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line Saturday at 6:28 p.m.

Desstazia Crystal Healy of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a 19th Street caller reported finding a child in a diaper wandering around outside Saturday at 7:05 p.m.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at the hospital asked Saturday at 9:11 p.m. for assistance removing a male.

Cameron Reid Taylor of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported a man banging on the door and yelling at 12:11 a.m. Sunday.

Officers assisted at a Second Street business Sunday at 3:30 a.m. with a drug-related medical call.

A caller at Patterson Park on 11th Avenue reported finding graffiti in the bathrooms Sunday at 7:48 a.m.

A caller at 9:37 a.m. Sunday on First Avenue reported damage to business property.

Officers were asked Sunday at 12:19 p.m. for assistance with a protection order.

A caller reported Sunday at 3:58 p.m. that a pickup truck near a Sixth Avenue facility had been broken into, and an ID and a backpack were stolen.

Deputies investigated a vehicle crash reported on Saddle Butte Road Friday at 3:50 p.m.

Zander Parisian of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and Caitlin Kiani Marie Standing Rock of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop Friday at 11:21 p.m.

A cat bite was reported Saturday at 9:29 a.m. by a caller at the hospital.

A Saturday 12:16 p.m. caller near Rudyard asked to speak with a deputy about suspicious activity.

A vehicle crash involving a van and a trailer with an injury and a downed pole and power lines was reported at Gildford Saturday 2:17 p.m.

A Saturday 5:09 p.m. caller reported leaving a purse at a U.S. Highway 2 West business and when the caller went back to retrieve the purse cash and credit cards were missing.

A car theft was reported Saturday at 9:17 p.m. in Box Elder.

Deputies were asked to assist Havre Police Sunday at 4:01 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Friday, one call Saturday, five calls Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to an alarm on the 600 Block of 32nd Avenue East Friday at 10:35 p.m. and found a malfunctioning carbon monoxide alarm.

——

Firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a house on the 800 Block of Seventh Street Saturday at 10:57 p.m. and found smoke that was attributed to an overheated surge protector.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats, three 4-week-old kittens, three 7-week-old kittens and one 6-day-old kitten of all of unknown gender, five female cats, two male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 10-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, three male and two female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed dog, a female Rottweiler dog and a female border collie dog. A female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy were being held in foster care.
