Los Angeles-based mural artist Madison Ruff, right, a Havre High School graduate, paints a mural on the back of the Elks Lodge Thursday with her mother, Shari Ruff. The mural was commissioned by Hi-Line Arts Council and the Downtown Havre Matters! Arts and Beautification Committee, with the help of funding from the Hill County Community Foundation, in an ongoing effort to spruce up downtown Havre.
