1. Resolution No. 3861 — A Resolution of the City of Havre, Montana, to Accept the Determination that an Environmental Assessement is Appropriate for the City of Havre’s Water System Improvements Project.

2. Resolution No. 3862 — A Resolution of the City of Havre, Montana, to Adopt a Detailed Preliminary Engineering Report Prepared by Great West Engineering Inc.

3. Resolution No. 3863 — A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Havre, Montana, to Authorize Submission of Montana Coal Endowment Program Application.
