Havre Police Department

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department on a medical call Wednesday at 12:33 p.m. on Second Street.

Someone asked at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday for help retrieving guns that were stolen in Eureka and transported to Havre.

A 13-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after a caller at Havre Middle School reported Wednesday at 1:42 p.m. finding a vape at the school.

A summons was issued after a caller on Fourth Street reported finding a toddler in a diaper walking unattended in the middle of the street Wednesday at 6:44 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Bryce Eli Morin of Chinook, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 2:38 p.m.

Deputies assisted a caller at 8:06 p.m. Wednesday.

Deputies initiated investigation of suspicious activity on U.S. Highway 87 north of Box Elder at 12:33 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 3-week-old and three 6-week-old kittens of all of unknown gender, five female cats, two male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 9-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male mixed breed dog, five male and four female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Rottweiler dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog and a female mixed-breed dog. A female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy were being held in foster care.
