A Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 8:32 a.m. that a ladder was stolen from outside the house.

A scam was reported by an Eighth Street caller at 10:47 a.m. Friday.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash involving a Yukon Denali and and an Impala was reported on First Street Friday at 12:45 p.m.

A Friday 2:04 p.m. caller on Fifth Street reported someone has been writing checks off an old account of the caller's.

Officers investigated a Friday 2:54 p.m. report from a caller that someone may have been in her house on Beaver Creek Boulevard.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on First Street Friday at 5:26 p.m.

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, reckless driving, open container in a moving vehicle and seat belt violation after a Friday 6:47 p.m. caller reported being behind an erratic driver on Sunset Drive. Police Capt. Aaron Wittmer said Jiron, with two passengers in the car, fled when officers got behind her vehicle, traveling 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. The vehicle turned into an alley then onto First Avenue, coming to a stop on the 300 Block. A passenger got out of the vehicle, saying he had been trying to get Jiron to stop. Officers started the DUI testing process on the driver and a second passenger was found passed out in the back seat. The pursuit lasted about eight blocks, Wittmer said, and no person or property was damaged.

Bernard Frances Doney of Hays, 51, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported a fight at 1:51 a.m. Saturday at a First Street establishment.

A beer theft was reported at a First Street West business Saturday at 2:05 p.m.

A vehicle crashing into a fence and garbage can was reported on Sixth Street at 3:18 a.m.

Saturday at 6:26 a.m. a caller on First Avenue reported a vehicle had been broken into and vandalized.

Vandalism to a garage was reported on Seventh Avenue Saturday at 7:22 a.m.

Two windows were reported broken out in a house Saturday at 7:57 a.m.

A Third Avenue caller reported Saturday at 9:35 a.m. vehicles were broken into.

William Tyler Lorett of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, assault on a minor and partner or family member assault after a caller on Jefferson Avenue reported Saturday at 9:59 a.m. that a juvenile was hit by a family member.

A vehicle break-in was reported at 11:19 a.m. Saturday on Fourth Street.

--

A vehicle break-in was reported at 12:02 p.m. Saturday on Fifth Street.

--

A sex offense was reported in Havre Saturday at 1:38 p.m.

Officers assisted a caller asking Saturday at 3:36 p.m. for assistance with a parenting plan.

A vehicle with a rock thrown through the windshield was reported on Fifth Avenue Saturday at 3:56 p.m.

A gun shot sound was reported Sunday at 1:28 p.m. on First Street.

Edward William Winchell Jr. of Havre, 47, was arrested during a 2 a.m. vehicle stop on 14th Avenue on charges of aggravated DUI and other traffic crime.

Jeron Joseph Sinclair of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and three juveniles were each issued a summons on charges of curfew violation and minor in possession after officers investigated suspicious activity at 4:08 a.m. Sunday on Sixth Street.

Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 49, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller on Second Street Northeast reported Sunday at 4:19 a.m. that a person went into a residence and wouldn't leave.

A caller on Washington Avenue asked Sunday at 1:47 p.m. to speak with officers about underage drinking that occurred last summer.

--

Jonathan Arron Currie of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller on 10th Avenue reported Sunday at 4:35 p.m. that someone had moved items on his property and tore things up without permission.

A caller near Legion Field reported Sunday at 8:52 p.m. that some vehicles were damaged.

--

David T. Herrera Jr. of Havre, 22, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a Monday 1:45 a.m. caller reported a disturbance on 12th Avenue.

Clarissa Lynn Lawson of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of child endangerment, DUI on 10th Street West Monday at 4:51 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Justus William Wharton of Kremlin, 45, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Kremlin caller made a complaint Friday at 11:10 a.m.

Flint Walker Blackwolf of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 4:21 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

--

Deputies investigated suspicious activity at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 6:32 p.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash in which one person was transported to the hospital was reported at 12:25 p.m. Saturday near mile marker 380 on U.S. Highway 2 West. No details were made available by Montana Highway Patrol.

--

Deputies were asked Saturday at 8:54 p.m. to provide assistance to someone in Rudyard.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, five calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to two calls Friday: one at 8:54 a.m. to reset a sprinkler alarm on the 1300 Block of Washington Avenue, and the other at 11:44 a.m. on the 500 Block of Fourth Street about a gas leak, but nothing was found and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

--

Firefighters responded with an ambulance to a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 West Saturday at 12:26 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 2-week-old and three 6-week-old kittens of all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 9-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, three male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog, a female mixed-breed dog and a female Rottweiler dog. Also, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy were being held in foster care. The shelter was also holding separately two male and four female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies.
