Memory Joy Gone of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Tuesday at 9:18 a.m. that a vehicle was taken from the parking lot during the previous night.

Ivan Daniel Rainingbird of Harlem, 31, was arrested on a theft charge and on a Justice of City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West business reported that a man set a wallet on a counter and a woman driving a black SUV took it.

Officers were called to a rollover crash of a 2005 Chevrolet Impala on 1300 Block of the east end of First Street Tuesday at 9:49 p.m. The vehicle, heading westbound on U.S. Highway 2 East failed to negotiate the turn onto First Street and struck a rock wall entry to a business. This caused the vehicle to roll onto its side. Havre Fire Department responded with an ambulance and a fire truck, but neither the driver nor the passenger required transport. The driver was issued a citation for reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Carla Rose Striker of Box Elder, 60, was issued a summons on charges of forgery and theft after a theft was reported Tuesday at 12:14 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

Deputies investigated a complaint made at 8:18 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Tuesday and two calls early this morning. Firefighters accompanied the ambulance crew on the 9:50 p.m. Tuesday call to a vehicle crash on the 1300 Block of First Street.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three 2-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats, two male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 8-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a male dachshund dog, two male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female Rottweiler dog and a male 10-week-old mixed-breed dog. Also, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy were being held in foster care. The shelter was also holding separately three male and three female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies.
