Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Friday at 6:29 a.m. finding a man with a white hat and a black sweater in the caller's vehicle and chasing him down the street.

Zane J. Murphy of Chinook, 23, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at the hospital reported Friday at 7:10 a.m. that a man was being verbally abusive and needed to be removed.

A caller reported at 7:34 a.m. Friday that a bicycle had been parked at a First Street business since Thursday.

Cain Dreamer McDowell of Havre, 19, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a black, hooded sweater was reported stolen from a laundry room Friday at 12:01 p.m.

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Washington Avenue Friday at 1:29 p.m.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street Friday at 1:38 p.m.

A Havre-area caller reported an automobile heft Friday at 6:41 p.m.

Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a Second Street caller reported an intoxicated woman yelling Friday at 6:57 p.m. and an officer stopped to speak with her at 7:02 p.m. in the ally between First and Second Streets.

A caller with the Harlem School District reported Saturday at 4:37 p.m. that a Harlem bus at Havre Middle School clipped a vehicle in the parking lot.

Nathan Joseph Rock of Rocky Boy, 35, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported a woman was screaming at someone outside Saturday at 6:14 p.m.

Montana Highway Patrol reported Saturday at 7:25 p.m. reported that they had recovered a stolen plate.

Mystic Blu Ferguson of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an active disturbance was reported on Ninth Avenue Saturday at 10:58 p.m.

A 16-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of theft from buildings after a caller on Fourth Avenue asked officers Sunday at 4:06 p.m. to speak with the boy about running away.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 31, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 4:26 p.m. that a man was trying to start a fight. A caller at the hospital reported at 5:43 p.m. that a Segna was attempting to leave.

Officers investigated a reported that neighbors on Ninth Avenue were banging on the wall and making a lot of noise Sunday at 10:34 p.m.

Shalynn Rae Snell of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, endangering the welfare of children and minor in possession, and Killian Bryce Foursouls of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, unlawful transactions with children and partner or family member assault after an active disturbance was reported at 1:19 a.m. today on First Street Northeast.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Rocky Boy Police Department reported a theft at a Box Elder establishment Friday at 1:02 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 8:42 p.m.

Jeffrey Scott Leeds of Havre, 49, was issued a summons on a charge of driving under the influence after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 9:18 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity Saturday at 10:07 p.m. at Keihns Bay.

A Rich Street West caller reported a domestic disturbance Sunday at 1:27 a.m.

Birgin Lane Billy of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on an assault charge at 1:31 a.m. Sunday.

Deputies made an investigation during a vehicle stop on 10th Street West Sunday at 1:54 a.m.

--

An arrest was made related to a complaint from a First Street Northeast caller Sunday at 1:53 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

--

Joshua J. Khalilian of Chicago, Illinois, 24, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and stowing away on railroad property while deputies were assisting another agency Sunday at 3:22 p.m.

Deputies assisted another agency at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

Edward Howard Goodian of Box Elder, 69, was issued a summons on a charge of open burning without a permit on Kremlin Road Sunday at 5:36 p.m.

Montana Highway Patrol

Montana Highway Patrol responded Saturday to vehicle crash with an injury on State Highway 233 south of Chester. No information was made available by print deadline.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, five calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded Sunday at 5:02 p.m. to a call on Highway 2 West, but were called back when it was determined the call was in Kremlin Rural Fire District.

Kremlin Rural Fire District

One truck and two firefighters responded to a 5:02 p.m. report of a fire along the railroad tracks about a half-mile west of Fresno road. The fire was contained to about one-tenth of an acre and no cause was determined.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, three male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 7-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 23-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy were being held in foster care.
