Spencer Owen Lagree of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show was reported Wednesday at 8:02 a.m.

A Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. that someone kicked in his door.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Daniel Lewis Leighton of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Wednesday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters reset an alarm after a false alarm to the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, three male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 6-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 22-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy were being held in foster care.
