Havre Police Department

A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, trespass to property and juvenile curfew violation after a caller on 10th Street West reported at 4:57 a.m. today that the caller's daughter snuck out of the residence and a 5:10 a.m. caller on 10th Street West reported someone was in their residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Monday.

Firefighters accompanied by an ambulance responded to two false alarms Monday. The first call was at 9:09 a.m. to the 10 Block of Third Street West where burnt food set off the alarm, and the second at 3:37 p.m. to the 700 Block of Sixth Street where no smoke or fire was detected.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, three male cats and a male 10-month-old kitten. Also, one male 6-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 22-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy were being held in foster care.
