Havre Police Department

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of burglary, trespass to property and criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on Fourth Street reported Friday at 1:02 p.m. that a boy was trespassing and broke some plexiglass.

Kaylob Joseph Trowbridge of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 2:16 p.m. on Second Street.

A Friday 3:18 p.m. caller reported graffiti on the backside of the bathrooms at Eagles Park on First Street.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 31, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller on First Street reported a trespasser Friday at 10:33 p.m.

A caller asked Saturday at 10:08 a.m. for assistance retrieving property from an ex’s residence on First Avenue.

Randee Rae Duran of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Leeann Lynn Duran of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other pubic servant, and Aaryn Jace Cantrell of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 10:32 a.m. that someone stole a car loaned to a family member.

A non-injury, two-vehicle crash involving a Chevrolet 2500 and a Camry was reported at Fourth Avenue and Fifth Street Saturday at 11:08 a.m.

Three arrests were made after a caller on First Avenue reported Saturday at 9:35 p.m. that some people stole bottles of liquor. No details on charges were provided.

A Third Street caller reported Sunday at 2:17 a.m. that a man attempted a break-in.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash involving a Toyota pulling a trailer and a Santa Fe was reported on Second Avenue Sunday at 10:01 a.m.

Richard Dean Johnson of Laredo, 35, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace office or other public servant after a caller on Second Street reported Sunday at 12:09 p.m. that a man hit her on top of the head.

A caller on Saddle Butte Drive reported Sunday at 5:14 p.m. that a hydrant had been hit and was laying on its side with car parts on the ground around it.

A Fifth Street caller reported at 4:30 a.m. today that a window had been broken out.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A Havre-area caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Friday at 12:37 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, three calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a Saturday 6:35 p.m. call on the 3400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northeast and put out a fire under a porch before much damage was done.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, three male cats and a male 10-month-old kitten. Also, one male 6-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 22-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy were being held in foster care.
