Havre Police Department

Ervin Raymound Doney Sr. of Hays, 71, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and a 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license after a caller on 11th Street West reported Thursday at 11:18 a.m. almost getting T-boned in an intersection by a driver that looked too young to drive.

Memoree Rose Sunchild of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller on First Street Northeast told officers Thursday at 6:50 p.m. about a woman crying.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller a First Street business reported Thursday at 11:01 p.m. that a man would not leave the business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Thursday at 7:56 a.m. and asked for assistance.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment at 2:31 p.m. Thursday.

Thursday at 3:04 p.m., a Second Street West business facility was reported broken into.

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one 10-month-old kitten of unknown gender, two female cats, three male cats and a male 10-month-old kitten. Also, one male 5-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 10-month-old corgi puppy and a female mixed-breed dog. Also, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 22-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy, and two female and one male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held in foster care.
