Havre Police Department

Police department dispatch log listed no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Gildford caller asked Tuesday at 7:59 a.m. to speak with a deputy about a juvenile status offense.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday, and firefighters responded to a report of a stove top fire at 12:34 p.m. on the 1200 Block of 11th Street West. Residents were able to get the fire extinguished quickly and firefighters found no further issues and no damage to the home.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one 10-month-old kitten of unknown gender, two female cats, three male cats and a male 10-month-old kitten. Also, one 5-week-old male kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 9-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 10-month-old corgi puppy and a female mixed-breed dog. Also, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 21-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy, and two female and one male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held in foster care.
