Havre Police Department

A Jefferson Avenue caller reported Thursday at 11:45 a.m. her vehicle had been vandalized.

A caller on First Street West reported at 12:09 p.m. Thursday that four youths in a RAV4 were shooting an airsoft gun out of the sunroof and a BB hit the caller in the head.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash involving a Dodge Ram and an Oldsmobile was reported at 3:06 p.m. Thursday on First Street.

Darrian Rae Healy of Dodson, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a woman banging on the door Thursday at 9:59 p.m.

Robert Dancingfeather Gutierrez of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street West reported a domestic disturbance at 3:47 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A cement truck was reported tipped over on Clear Creek Road at 1:33 p.m. Thursday. The caller reported no one was injured and the mixing drum was full but not spilling

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Thursday.

At 10 a.m. Thursday, firefighters helped check a permitted burn site on the 8000 Block of First Street West to make sure the fire was entirely out. At 1:50 p.m. Thursday, they responded to the 1200 Block of Washington Avenue where a fire alarm was being tested, but the department wasn't notified. And at 4:46 a.m. today, they helped reset a fire alarm that had unintentionally activated on the 800 Block of Fourth Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 10-month-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held a male 8-month-old mixed breed puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male 9-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a male 10-month-old corgi puppy, a female 6-month-old shar pei puppy and a female mixed-breed dog. A male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy was also being held in foster care.
