Regular agenda —

1. Request by Bear Paw Development Corp. on behalf of the Hi-Line Arts Council to close the alley of the 300 Block of Third and Fourth avenues, Fourth Avenue between Second and Third streets and the south half of Third Avenue between Second and Third streets within city limits for the 2022 Art Alley Spring Celebration.

2. Confirmation of Officer Elander as a probationary police officer.

3. 2022 Arbor Day Proclamation.

4. Approval of March claims and manual warrants.
