Havre Police Department

A caller on Third Avenue reported Wednesday at 9:59 a.m. that a semitractor-trailer may have hit a fire hydrant.

A Sixth Street caller reported a scam Wednesday at 10:14 a.m.

A dead deer was reported on the boulevard of 10th Street at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday.

--

A drug pipe was reported found at a First Street business Wednesday at 11:14 a.m.

--

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 20, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported Wednesday at 3:37 p.m. that a man stole some beer.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported a theft Wednesday at 3:46 p.m.

--

Officers gave a written or verbal warning after a caller reported Wednesday at 7:19 p.m. some teenage boys at Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue were picking on younger children and videoing it.

An arrest was made after a Ninth Avenue caller reported a disturbance Wednesday at 7:36 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

--

Officers were asked Wednesday at 8:38 p.m. to assist another agency on Fourth Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and two 10-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, five male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held two male mixed-breed dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a male 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 5-month-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog. Three male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies were being held in foster care.
