Havre Police Department

An Eighth Avenue caller reported Friday at 10:34 a.m. that her car had been egged, possibly a few days prior.

Officers investigated a remote breathalyzer test violation reported at 2:27 p.m. Friday.

--

A juvenile reported that a Mountaineer backed into a pickup truck at a First Street business Friday at 3:42 p.m.

--

A caller on Ninth Avenue reported at 4:06 p.m. Friday that someone broke into a shed and had sprayed graffiti on the outside.

--

Marlayna Shanelle Snow of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 5:07 p.m. at the Compliance Office off Fifth Avenue.

Cole Thomas Young of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a Grant Avenue caller reported Friday at 6:10 p.m. that someone broke into her residence the previous night.

A Smithville Road caller reported Saturday at 1:40 p.m. having some evidence for officers to pick up for a case.

A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after two callers reported Saturday at 3:26 p.m. being hit by shots from a toy gun, possibly an airsoft gun. The shots were reported to have came from the passenger side of a brown Toyota car.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported at 3:55 p.m. Thursday that a car had been vandalized.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported that someone had knocked over and broke parts of a motorcycle Saturday at 9:10 p.m.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 63, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Second Street caller asked for assistant Saturday at 9:13 p.m. removing someone from a business.

Deah Rose Demontiney of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of driving without a driver's license and on a Justice or City court warrant.

A First Street West business reported a beer theft Saturday at 11:46 p.m.

--

A caller at a First Street establishment reported Sunday at 11:11 a.m. that a man tried using someone else's ID to buy alcohol the previous evening.

--

Aaron Carl Lamere of Box Elder, 40, turned himself in at the police station on two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 5:12 p.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash between a Dodge Dakota and a Ford Explorer was reported Sunday at 6:06 p.m. on 13th Street.

--

Cody Darwin Nalder of Havre, 27, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and LaFawn Renee Ruiz of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a speeding charge during a vehicle stop on 16th Avenue West Sunday at 10:59 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Box Elder caller reported at 11:16 a.m. Friday he was kicked in the face the previous night.

A 2:01 p.m. Friday caller in Havre reported a missing person.

Darrin Dean Longfox of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and resisting arrest after a caller reported Longfox was in a house on 15th Street Northeast.

Jevie Jean Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and fleeing or eluding a peace officer after Rocky Boy Police officers advised deputies Friday at 10:23 p.m. that they were chasing a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado toward Beaver Creek and Montana Highway 234, Undersheriff Stan Martin said. Deputies deployed a spike strip and the vehicle was stopped between mile markers 8 and 9. One youth was a passenger in the vehicle. No one was injured and Doney was being held at Hill County Detention Center this morning without bond.

A caller at Fort Assinniboine research center reported Saturday at 5:53 p.m. that someone in a white Ford pickup truck was shooting at gophers too close to buildings.

Leo Joseph Winters of Rapid City, South Dakota, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller hauling cattle eastbound on U.S. Highway 2 reported that a man jumped into the land of traffic in front of his vehicle.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded over the weekend to three fire alarms that only required assistance with the alarms after no fire or smoke was detected. The first call was to the care center Friday at 10:09 a.m., and firefighters reset the alarm before clearing the scene. The second call was Friday at 3:46 p.m. to a residence on the 900 Block of Second Street, and firefighters advised residents to replace the batteries in the alarm. And the third call was Saturday at 4:05 p.m. to the 600 Block of 12th Avenue, and firefighters helped clean dust buildup on the detector.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of Seventh Avenue Saturday at 8:08 p.m., but the cause of the smoke was a legal fire pit.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and two 10-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, four male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a male 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 25-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog.
