Curtis Stephen Lamere of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation after a caller reported Tuesday at 12:01 p.m. that a man was carrying a club in the Wilson Avenue area.

A summons was issued after a caller at Sixth Avenue and 10th Street reported a driver in a silver pickup truck was passing illegally on Sixth Tuesday at 12:31 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A Tuesday 1:59 p.m. caller at a First Street business reported that a vehicle had hit the building.

Sheen Ann Flankey of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at a First Street business made a complaint Tuesday at 3:37 about some found property.

Officers investigated a complaint made by a Tuesday 5:29 p.m. caller on 17th Street.

A caller at a First Street establishment requested a walk-though by officers Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Jana Rogers of Havre, 56, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a theft at 6:32 p.m. Tuesday.

A dead deer in a yard was reported by a Bullhook Boulevard caller Tuesday at 7:35 p.m.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and habitual traffic offender during a vehicle stop on First Street at 9:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, careless driving and habitual traffic offender during a vehicle stop behind a First Street business at 3:27 a.m. today.

A Grant Avenue caller reported at 4:41 a.m. today that water was running into his apartment.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 33rd Avenue Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 1:12 p.m. that her son was bitten by a dog.

Deputies investigated a Tuesday 3:31 p.m. report of a theft at a Box Elder establishment.

A Box Elder caller reported at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday that a Rottweiler had run off, but deputies investigated it as a theft.

Michael Steven Shoening of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and two 10-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, four male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female 8-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female pit bull terrier, a female 24-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog.
