A 9:21 a.m. Monday caller reported graffiti at two city parks.

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported by a Third Street caller Monday at 10:12 a.m.

A shoplifter was reported driving away from a First Street business in a black pickup truck at 4:59 p.m. Monday.

--

Officers investigated a theft, forger or fraud reported at 6:48 p.m. Monday.

--

Monday at 7:14 p.m., a caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported the theft of items from a dorm room over spring break.

Billy Dee Elliston of Great Falls, 37, was arrested on charges of speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue West Monday at 8:58 p.m.

John Alan Horseman of Fort Belknap, 50, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a man lingering around Monday at 10:04 p.m.

Caleb Ian Plante of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a callers reported neighbors fighting at 1:14 and 1:18 a.m. today.

Levi Nighteagle Russell of Florence, South Carolina, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an officer stopped at the parking lot of a First Street West establishment at 2:01 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called Monday at 2:13 p.m. to investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported Monday at 2:13 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 10-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, three male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 24-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog.
