Havre Police Department

Thane Michael Gray of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of assault and probation violation after a caller at U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a man was yelling at people and making them feel uncomfortable Friday at 11:46 a.m., and then a disturbance was reported in the emergency room at 1:11 p.m.

A caller at First Street business reported fraudulent checks Friday at 12:54 p.m.

--

A 6:29 p.m. Friday call from Saddle Butte Drive about a sewer backing up into a basement was referred to Havre Public Works.

William Michael Abeita of Havre, 46, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no contact order after asking to speak with an officer Friday at 8:16 p.m.

A Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 9:31 p.m. that a juvenile stepson ran away.

--

A wallet was reported stolen at a First Street business at 7:55 a.m. Saturday.

Jonna Sullivan of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after callers on Second Street reported a man and a woman being belligerent Saturday at 8:20 p.m.

John William Loving of Havre, 72, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after callers on First Street reported an older man was calling a woman names Saturday at 9:03 p.m.

A summons was issued at 8:03 a.m. after a 24/7 Sobriety Program participant forgot to set a clock and missed check-in. No details on charges were provided.

A caller at a First Street business reported the theft of a wallet Sunday at 8:36 a.m.

Officers were asked at 2:51 p.m. Sunday to assist deputies in booking at Hill County Detention Center.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked Sunday at 8:28 p.m. Sunday to speak with officers to file a report for sexual harassment.

Windows were reported broken out of vehicle on Third Street Sunday at 10:03 p.m.

A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, trespass to vehicles, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and juvenile curfew violations after a caller a 13th Avenue and Third Street reported a boy at 1:40 a.m. today opening car doors and looking inside them.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr. of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 2:47 p.m.

A caller on County Road 405 South reported suspicious activity Saturday at 1:29 p.m.

Thane Michael Gray of Havre, 29, was arrested on a criminal mischief vandalism charge at the detention center Sunday at 11:42 p.m. Gray was arrested again on assault charges that include assault on a peace officer or other public servant and aggravated assault with bodily injury for a 2:50 p.m. Sunday incident at the detention center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday and eight calls Sunday.

Firefighters accompanied an ambulance to a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 87 about 1 mile south of U.S. Highway 2. The firefighters assisted with traffic and two people were examined on scene but not transported.

Firefighters responded Sunday to two fire alarms at a location on the 10 block of 13th Street West. The 8:11 p.m. call was a false alarm and the truck was called back en route and the 8:29 p.m. call was for a pulled fire panel that was reset before leaving.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, three male cats, three female cats and a male 25-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female shih tzu-dachsund cross, a male mixed-breed dog, a male 8-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male 21-week-old labrador-Irish wolfhound puppy, a male 22-week-old Labrador retriever-Australian shepherd puppy, a female pit bull terrier, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 7-month-old German shepherd puppy, a female 23-week-old shar pei puppy and a male Labrador retriever.
