Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:58 a.m. Wednesday report that a vehicle had been stolen at a First Street business at 11 p.m. Tuesday and the vehicle was reported found Wednesday at 10:40 p.m.

A summons was issued after a 1:30 p.m. Wednesday caller reported a juvenile tobacco violation at Havre High School.

Wednesday at 1:58 p.m., officers investigating a woman who was acting suspiciously made a vehicle stop on 10th Street.

Kim Kristina Johnson of Havre, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia when serving the warrant on 11th Street West.

Officers investigated an 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 27, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Wednesday at 10:10 p.m.

A hit and run car crash was reported Wednesday at 11:41 p.m. on 11th Street West.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a sex offense reported in Box Elder Wednesday at 11:58 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 6-month-old kitten, three male cats, three female cats and a male 25-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 8-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, a male 22-week-old Labrador retriever-Australian shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pit bull terrier, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 7-month-old German shepherd puppy, a female 23-week-old shar pei puppy and a male Labrador retriever.
