2. Resolution No. 3856 — A Resolution Calling A Public Meeting For The Purpose Of Considering A Municipal Water And Wastewater System Rate Increase As Allowed Under 69-7-101, M.C.A.

3. Resolution No. 3857 — A Resolution Designating The Environmental Certifying Official For The City Of Havre.

4. Request by the Havre Ares Chamber of Commerce for road closure within city limits for the 2022 Bear Paw Marathon.

5. Consideration of a zoning district change from residential general to commercial lLocal.

6. Approval of February Claims and Manual Warrants.
