Obituary - Michael D. Scott

Michael D. Scott, "SEÑOR Scott," 79, passed away at his home February 15, 2022.

Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Plains, MT, next to his wife.

Michael was born January 11, 1943, in Roundup, MT. He was adopted by Wesley and Elizabeth (Williams) Scott. After graduating from high school, he attended college, earning a master's degree in education. Due to his father being a military man, they were stationed all over the world. He followed in his father's footsteps and joined the Army in 1964 and was honorably discharged in 1968.

Michael met the love of his life, Helen Glass, and they were married in 1970. The family grew to include three daughters. Together they lived in many places before settling in Havre, where Mike could enjoy his passion for teaching at Havre High School. Mike also enjoyed golfing, fishing, gardening, and Dr. Mario. He was a member of the Eagles.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Shirley.

Mike is survived by daughters, Tiffini Weiss of Jerseytown, PA, and Stacey Geenen of Volcano, Hawaii; sister Darlene Miner, and brother, Robert Gilbert.
