Havre Police Department

Thomas Kipp Jones of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 9:54 a.m. Friday.

Sherman Dean Alexander of Havre, 59, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported a stolen wallet Friday at 1:56 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on Second Street Northeast Friday at 6:32 p.m.

--

John Alan Horseman of Fort Belknap, 50, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a caller at a First Street establishment asked Friday at 10:15 p.m. for assistance removing a man.

Alexis Nichole Hastings of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Chase Michael Gilbert of Havre, 23, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and driving under the influence after a disturbance was reported in progress on Washington Avenue at 11:44 p.m. Friday.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported a man needed assistance Saturday at 2:15 a.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no contact order after a First Street caller reported a domestic disturbance in progress Saturday at 3:46 a.m.

Louis W. Russette Jr. of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a man had stolen two bottles of wine and took of running west bound Saturday at 11:37 a.m.

Kaine Daniel Black of Havre, 18, was issued a summons of charges of false identification by a minor to get alcohol and minor in possession after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 East establishment reported someone using a fake ID Saturday at 7:43 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from First Street that a man attacked a woman Saturday at 8:33 p.m.

Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 43, was arrested on to state District Court warrants and a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer stopped Sunday at 2:51 a.m. to investigate suspicious activity in the alley between First and Second streets.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on First Street West at 1:55 p.m. Sunday.

--

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported at Seventh Avenue and 11th Street Sunday at 4:02 p.m.

--

Officers investigated an assault complaint after a man with a bleeding injury on his head stopped at the police station Sunday at 7:20 p.m. saying he wanted to press charges.

--

Michael Vincent Giles of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after a Seventh Avenue caller asked to speak with an officer about a domestic disturbance Sunday at 10:05 p.m.

Officers were asked at 2:50 a.m. today by someone at the police to provide assistance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log was not available due to the President's Day holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, eight calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

No one was made available to provide information on the fire call reported Saturday at 2:10 p.m. on the 700 Block of Second Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, three female cats and a male 22-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pit bull-border collie cross and a female 20-week-old puppy. Also held separately were a male 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy and one male mixed-breed dog.
