Havre Police Department

Joshua Ramos of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after someone stopped at the police station Friday at 3:40 p.m. asking for assistance.

Lana Standing Chief of Havre, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 4:56 p.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 10:03 p.m. report from 13th Street that the caller's vehicle keys may have been stolen.

--

A hit and run involving a white Denali at a U.S. Highway 2 East business was reported Friday at 11:49 p.m.

Cole James Watson of Havre, 21, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after a Saturday at 9:12 a.m. caller on Fifth Avenue reported a past domestic disturbance.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 East business reported having no power Saturday at 4:22 p.m.

--

Sheldon Jae Oats of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Second Street caller reported a man was screaming and yelling Saturday at 5:41 p.m.

Matthew Michael Converse of Havre, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Third Street caller reported a man banging on the door Saturday at 9:53 p.m.

Nicole Rae Moline of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a woman who was sleeping in a running car Saturday at 11:32 p.m.

Crystal Dawn Horn of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief vandalism, resisting arrest, assault with bodily fluids and endangering the welfare of children, two counts, after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Sunday at 4:38 p.m. that woman was busing out windows.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The Friday morning sheriff's dispatch log had no reports of arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a drug offense at 1:44 p.m.

--

Deputies served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 4:01 p.m. but no details on charges were provided.

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Sunday at 8:16 a.m. asking for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, six calls Saturday and two Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, four male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held two male mixed-breed dogs, a male pit bull terrier, a female shepherd, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Chihuahua, a female pit bull-border collie cross and a female 19-week-old puppy. Also held separately were a male 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one male mixed-breed dog and a female 22-week-old border collie puppy.
