BOZEMAN — Applications for speakers are now being accepted for Montana State University’s first TEDxMSU event to be held in February. A TEDx event is a local gathering where live talks under 18 minutes are shared with the community.
People who would like to share a story or present on their research or passion are invited to apply at http://bit.ly/3o43Ie2 . The application requires an approximately five-minute video explaining the proposed talk. The event is open to everyone, and students, faculty, staff and members of the community are all encouraged to apply. Selected speakers will be expected to give an 18-minute presentation. The deadline for application submissions is Monday, Feb. 7.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, in MSU’s Reynolds Recital Hall. It is sponsored by MSU’s Office of Student Engagement.
