Vehicles drive through snow falling and on the ground on First Street Monday afternoon. That followed several weeks of unseasonably warm temperatures that followed bitter cold over the holidays. The next couple of days are expected to remain cold, with a wind chill warning in effect for the region through noon Tuesday - wind chills are forecast as low as 30 below zero - and lows tonight and Wednesday night below zero, but no more snow is expected through the week and the highs are expected to creep into the 20s by Thursday and back into the 40s by the weekend.
