A report of a mountain lion on Beaver Creek Boulevard was called in Friday at 6:49 a.m.

Ricky John Clark of Havre, 54, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a non-combative shoplifter at 9:53 a.m. Friday.

A summons for a juvenile tobacco violation was issued at Havre Middle School Friday at 10 a.m.

--

A Friday 12:23 p.m. caller asked for a welfare check on someone at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

--

Officers investigated a report from Seventh Avenue that someone was on the property at 6:47 p.m.

--

A Cypress Drive caller asked Friday at 7:30 p.m. for assistance.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a Second Avenue caller reported a man knocking on his door Friday at 8:08 p.m.

A hit and run crash was reported at a First Street West business at 11:04 p.m. Friday.

--

John Michael Segna of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Friday at 11:13 p.m.

Sheldon Jae Oats of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on First Street reported someone was pounding on their door and yelling Friday at 11:28 p.m.

--

Someone stole beer from a First Street West business Saturday at 2:25 a.m.

--

Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Second Street caller reported a group of people drinking in the alley at 2:50 p.m. Saturday.

--

Braiden Fay Ford of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and parking violation during a Sixth Avenue vehicle stop at 2:04 a.m. Sunday, and a 2:14 a.m. caller reported a hit and run crash that Ford was linked to.

A caller at the Havre Dog Park reported a dog bite Sunday at 5:48 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated an assault reported at 1:21 a.m. Saturday at an establishment on Third Street North.

--

A caller on Road 61 North reported vandalism Saturday at 2:48 p.m.

--

After a man was reported to be thinking about harming others and then reported at 3:32 a.m. Sunday of trying to harm himself, an arrest was made an a charge of assault with a weapon.

--

A Sunday 5:34 p.m. caller reported some gates were stolen west of Box Elder.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 10-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, five male cats and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male German shepherd, a female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd, a female 7-month-old small-breed puppy, a female 25-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are five 8-week-old puppies, two 6-week-old puppies and a female 10-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
