Havre Police Department

Officers at 1:24 p.m. Thursday blocked traffic for Havre Fire Department on a fire call at the Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen on the 600 Block of Second Street.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a call at 5:26 p.m. Thursday from an establishment on the 200 Block of First Street West reported a highly intoxicated male at the back door "bugging people who are coming in."

After receiving a call from a business on the 100 Block of First Street West at 7:37 p.m. Thursday reporting a man was refusing to leave, officers arrested Raymond Windyboy, 59, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after receiving a call from Second Street at 8:15 p.m. Thursday reporting that a man and woman were fighting outside of the caller's residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of theft, forgery or fraud made at 1:02 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four medical calls Thursday and one this morning.

Firefighters responded to a smoke alarm going off in in the Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen on the 600 Block of Second Street at 1:21 p.m. Thursday. The alarm was set off by a burnt lighting ballast in the basement.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, five male cats, one male 6-month-old kitten and a male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, two female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies, three female mixed-breed dogs, a male German shepherd, a female shepherd and a female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are six 7-week-old puppies, two 5-week-old puppies and a female 9-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
