Havre Police Department

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 39, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller asked officers Tuesday at 11:08 a.m. for assistance removing a man who wasn't supposed to be around them.

A non-injury, two-vehicle crash was reported on Second Street West Tuesday at 3:10 p.m.

Darnell Kay Champagne of Havre, 43, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after an officer initiated investigation Tuesday at 4:11 p.m. of suspicious activity on Seventh Street.

A caller on First Street reported Tuesday at 7:52 p.m. that a Silver Dodge Neon was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

David Michael Foster of Helena, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center Tuesday at 2:41 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. at a business on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Garrison Wade Henderson of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after being escorted from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and one 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, five male cats, one male 6-month-old kitten and a male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male and two female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male German shepherd, a female shepherd, a female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are five 6-week-old puppies, two 5-week-old puppies and a female 9-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.

Births

A boy was born Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, to Kelsey Chase and Anthony Gregori of Chinook.
