Havre Police Department

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Monday at 10:49 a.m. that someone had tried to break in her door during the holidays.

Curtis George Healy of Havre, 20, and Timothy W. Healy of Havre, 20, were each arrested on a state District Court warrant served at District Court Monday at 1:46 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 4:30 p.m. to speak to an officer about a fraud.

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at First Street and 15th Avenue at 10:33 p.m. Monday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 10:17 a.m., a Rudd Lane caller reported a vehicle theft from property south of Havre.

An Eighth Avenue West caller reported property damage Monday at 12:54 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint from the hospital involving a business on U.S. Highway 2 West Monday at 2:57 p.m.

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge at Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday accompanying firefighters to the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast for a 2:12 p.m. smoke alarm. No evidence of smoke or fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one 9-month-old kitten of unknown gender, nine male cats, seven female cats, four male 6-month-old kittens, one female 19-week-old kitten and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male and four female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male German shepherd, a female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 13-week-old puppy. Also held separately are five 4-week-old puppies, two 3-week-old puppies and a female 9-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
