Correction - Recreational marijuana legal in Montana

A story about recreational marijuana on the front page of Monday’s edition of Havre Daily News left out that recreational marijuana sales are legal in Blaine as well as Hill County but not in Choteau or Liberty County. That is due to a law passed by the 2021 Legislature making recreational marijuana sales contingent on whether the county voters approved the initiative allowing recreational marijuana sales.
