Havre Police Department

Officers assisted sheriff's deputies on a call Tuesday at 6:49 a.m. on First Street.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Hays, 29, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday.

Kaylen Marie Ball of Havre, 28, and Nancy Marie Barchus of Havre, 51, were each arrested on Justice or City court warrants after officers were asked at 11:58 a.m. Tuesday to assist another agency on First Street West.

Julia Rosa Morales of Harlem, 30, was arrested on a theft charge and on a Justice or City court warrant and Matthew Dean Firstraised was arrested on a trespass to property charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 12:49 p.m. that a wallet had been stolen during the previous night.

Officers were called to a two-vehicle crash at Second Street and 10th Avenue Tuesday at 1:52 p.m.

Officers investigated report of a stab wound victim at the hospital Tuesday at 9:25 p.m. Police Chief Gabe Matosich said the victim was uncooperative with the investigation and provided no details, and he left the hospital against medical advice.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens all of unknown gender, seven male cats, five female cats, two male 6-month-old kittens, one female 18-week-old kitten and one male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male German shepherd, a female mixed-breed dog and a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are five 4-week-old puppies, two 3-week-old puppies and a female 9-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
