State and local COVID-19 update, Dec. 27, 2021

The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 382 new cases, 1,775 active cases, 112 hospitalizations and 2,899 deaths. The cumulative total for the state was 196,044 cases.

Hill County Health Department said in its update Thursday night that 2 new cases were reported and 3 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 5 active cases in the county and 3,537 total cases. The county has had 71 deaths.

Blaine County Health Department said in its update Thursday night that it was notified of no new cases and no one met the criteria to be considered recovered with 1 active case in the county and 1,538 total cases. The county has had 29 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center, also reported on the Chouteau or Hill county reports, latest data not available.

Fort Belknap Indian Community, also listed in the Blaine or Phillips county numbers, current data not available.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, none active, 268 total cases, 2 deaths.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had 2 new cases, 5 active, 792 total cases, 9 deaths.
