1. Resolution No. 3851 - A Resolution Reducing The Classification of Havre from A Class One City To A Class Two City, as required by law.

2. Resolution No. 3853 - A Resolution Amending The Budget In The General Fund (1000) Of The City Of Havre, Montana.

3. Approve appointment of Calvin Greiff as probationary police officer.

4. Approval of November claims and manual warrants.
