Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense reported 7:50 a.m. Friday in the Havre area.

A Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 10:39 a.m. that a phone, hat and prescriptions were stolen.

--

Diallo Raymond Redd of Tacoma, Washington, 51, was arrested on charges of conspiracy, possession with intent to sell and use of property subject to criminal forfeiture after officers were called Friday at 11:06 a.m. to assist another agency.

Friday at 12:26 p.m., officers received a cross report from the child abuse hotline about a sex offense in the Havre area.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 3:26 p.m. asking for assistance.

--

A Ninth Street caller reported Friday at 3:42 p.m. witnessing someone stealing packages from a neighbor.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported someone drove off without paying for gas Friday at 4:22 p.m.

--

Officers assisted Hill County Sheriff's deputies Friday at 9:35 p.m. with a rollover crash on U.S. Highway two east.

--

A caller at a First Street establishment reported damage to a back door Saturday at 8:22 a.m.

--

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a caller on Eighth Street reported Saturday at 8:36 a.m. that her daughter had not come home the previous night.

Timothy James Schwartzkpf of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and other-traffic crime during a vehicle stop on Second Street Sunday at 2:04 a.m.

Shawn Edward Adamson of Chinook, 33, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Terry Lynn Adamson of Havre, 28, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a 14th Street caller reported a disturbance in progress at 4:03 a.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station at 8 a.m. Sunday.

--

Officer were called Sunday at 3:24 p.m. to assist a 10th Avenue caller with getting things out of a house.

--

Kaleb Emmanuel Freyholtz of Montana, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on 10th Avenue Sunday at 4:04 p.m.

--

A caller at a First Street West business asked Sunday at 6:10 p.m. for assistance removing people.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of shoplifters at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 2:02 p.m.

--

Friday at 10:44 a.m., deputies were asked to assist a Kremlin caller.

--

Deputies were called to assist people on Road 405 South Friday at 7:36 p.m.

--

Grace Larae Seymour of Chinook, 19, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge related to a theft report from a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 1:38 p.m.

Kaleigh Danielle Sitz of Blossom Texas, 31, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property related to a report of a trespasser reported Saturday at 6:11 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Zakary Kenneth Canning of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of DUI and resisting arrest when deputies assisted Havre police on First Street at 2:21 a.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and two calls early this morning. Two of the calls were to accompany firefighters.

Firefighters responded to two calls, one Friday at 8:33 a.m. to the 400 Block of Seventh Avenue where the cause of the alarm was burnt toast, and the other a gas alarm Saturday at 9:41 a.m. to the 10 Block of Third Street where some gas from an unknown source was detected and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats of unknown gender, five female cats, four male cats, one male 15-week-old kitten, one male six-month-old kitten and a female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull, two female mixed-breed dogs and a female 23-week-old border collie-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross puppy. Also, a male and a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
