State and local COVID-19 update, Nov. 5, 2021

The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 681 new cases, 8,705 active cases, 343 hospitalizations and 2,415 deaths. The cumulative total for the state was 180,452 cases.

Blaine County reported on the state update this morning, had 5 new cases. The data on the map did not match the county’s last update, which reported Tuesday night 82 active cases with one active hospitalization at that time, Blaine County has had 27 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Thursday evening that 5 new cases were reported, 68 active, 10 active hospitalizations, 3,355 total cases, 64 deaths.

Rocky Boy reported Thursday, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 2 new cases, 30 active, no active hospitalizations, 1,170 total cases. It has had 10 deaths.

Fort Belknap — latest data not available.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had 1 new case, 2 active, 261 total cases, 2 deaths.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had 2 new cases, 39 active, 738 total cases, 8 deaths.
