Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday.

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and Aleisha Morningstar The Boy of Havre, 30, and Robert James The Boy Jr. of Havre, 52, were each issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer was asked at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday to assist probation and parole on Second Street Northeast.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Wednesday at 2:25 p.m. finding a scale and medication.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Harold James Watson of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported a trespasser at 12:28 p.m. Wednesday. Watson was later arrested on a second charge of trespass to property and a charge of theft after the caller reported a theft Wednesday at 1:20 p.m.

A Wednesday 12:34 p.m. call about a vehicle swerving while southbound on U.S. Highway 87 near Old Post Road was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Gordan George Denny Jr. of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and fleeing or eluding a peace officer, and on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop at Main Street and Third Avenue Southeast Wednesday at 10:47 p.m.

Robert Davidson Jetmore of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and endangering the welfare of children after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported a possible domestic disturbance after hearing banging and noises from the neighbor's house at 12:14 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five cats and two kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, one male cat, one male 12-week-old kitten, and a female and a male six-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female and a male 21-week-old Labrador retriever puppies, a female 21-week-old border collie-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever and a male border collie-German shepherd. Also, a male and a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy were being held separately.

A boy was born Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, to Mandy and Ryan Fladager of Peerless.
