Havre Police Department

Darrien R. Denny of Box Elder, 26, and Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 21, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported shoplifters Tuesday at 10:27 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft from a pickup truck reported Tuesday at 11:23 a.m. on Fourth Street.

A caller reported at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday that a juvenile left Havre Middle School.

Millard James Weasel of Fort Belknap, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant when officers assisted a city ambulance on Second Street Tuesday at 12:49 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on Third Avenue at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday.

A 12th Street caller reported finding an iPhone with 911 service only on the sidewalk Tuesday at 1:59 p.m.

Officers investigated a 3:08 p.m. Tuesday report of a sexual or violent offender registry.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 54, was issued a summons on a theft charge related to a Tuesday 9:27 p.m. theft report by a caller at a First Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a 10:14 a.m. Tuesday report of vandalism at Fresno Dam.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Havre, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:49 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 1:51 p.m. No details on charges were listed in the dispatch log, but Colt Ryan Billy of Box Elder, who was named as an involved party was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of trafficking in stolen property, two counts, and theft.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Tuesday and two calls early this morning. And firefighters responded Tuesday to two fire alarms that turned out to be from faulty alarm systems - one at 7:52 a.m. on the 1000 Block or Second Street West and the other at 2:12 p.m. on the 400 Block of Third Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held eight cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats, one male cat, and a female and a male six-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old Labrador retriever puppy, a female 21-week-old border collie-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever and a male border collie-German shepherd. Also, a male and a female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy were being held separately.
