Regular agenda —

1. Resolution No. 3851 — A Resolution Reducing The Classification Of The City Of Havre From A Class One City To A Class Two City, As Required By Law.

2. Resolution No. 3852 – Resolution To Authorize Submission Of Community Development Block Grant Application.

3. Ordinance No. 922 (second reading. — An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Chapter 1 Of The Havre City Code To Add Section 19 Of The Havre City Code To Define Terms, Establish Standards, And Provide Procedures For Remediating Boarded Up Buildings.

4. Consideration of a zoning change request to commercial local for all properties between 14th and 16th streets and between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

5. Approval of the Independence Bank pledged securities for quarter ending Sept. 30, 2021.

6. Approval of October claims and manual warrants.
