Hill County Sheriff's Office
A 7:11 p.m. Tuesday report of a vehicle crash on Wild Horse Road at mile marker 10 was referred to Montana Highway Patrol. Trooper Lewis Johnson said the driver of a pickup truck drifted off the side of the road, overcorrected and rolled the pickup into the ditch. The driver, the single occupant of the vehicle was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Johnson added that speed and alcohol are possible factors in the crash.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Tuesday and one early this morning with two people treated on that call.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held six kittens of varying ages and one cat all of unknown gender, three female cats, a female and a male 25-week-old kittens, one male cat, one male 16-week-old kitten, one female 18-week-old kitten and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male shepherd dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed dog, a male mixed-breed puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog and a male border collie-German shepherd dog. Also, a male and a female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female mixed-breed dog were being held separately.
