Martha "Marty" Goshulak Cochran passed away October 3, 2021, at her home in Lodge Pole, MT.
A wake was held at her home in Lodge Pole, MT, on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 6 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. A service was also held at her home today, October 8, 2021, at 11 a.m.
Martha was born November 3, 1958, in Calgary, Alberta, to Rose (Marie) Bailey and Myron Goshulak. On June 23, 1982, she married Lyle Cochran in Reno, NV. She attended college in Fort Belknap and, in 1990, received her degree in teaching. She taught at Hays-Lodge Pole School District from 1997 to 2019, receiving the Teacher of the Year award on more than one occasion.
Martha enjoyed crocheting, baking and rodeos, as well as taking care of Lyle, their horses and dogs, and their home. She also loved the kids and staff at school.
Martha is survived by her husband, Lyle Cochran; sons, Roy (Tricia) Cochran, Kurt Cochran, Delvin (Iris) Ereaux and Charlie (Bethany) Ereaux; daughters, Peggy (Chad) Seelye, Julie Cochran Monsalve and Hope Coulter; 16 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
